Sessions
Packages are constructed according to the company’s needs. Days, times and length of sessions will be designed around the business and/or individual. With a national network of instructors, we pride ourselves in guiding and encouraging physical movement to enhance the work environment, and quality of health overall. The length and content of the session will all depend on the goals and vision of the group or individual – with a clear vision; we can design movements and techniques that support that.
SPACE
We are fairly creative about where we hold the sessions, whether at the desks if in an open plan office environment, we work with the space available. We do use the chairs and desks sometimes to assist stretching and support, so this can be a nice way for the individuals to change their perspective about their work area. We offer your employees electronic after-session guidance and will help connect them with a studio near them where they can continue their practice.
investment
Pricing is based on location, frequency and length of the session. For the ‘At the Desk Stretch’, instructors will take 10min to work through several stretches that assist with circulation and tension release. Depending on the office layout – this we do at the desk, so individuals simply stand up where they are, and we go through the stretches. The basic Yoga sessions are immeasurably beneficial, with a noticeable increase in productivity post Yoga. We will provide a quote and tailor-make a wellness package based on the company’s specific needs. Our initial consult will determine the needs and goals and we align these with various stretches and breathing exercises to assist the participants feel more energetic and mentally alert. Mzansi School of Yogic Arts has several partners in the health and fitness industries and can arrange a full spectrum wellness day ranging from office stretching to massages, meditation and dietary tips and tips/techniques for maintaining energy levels.
