What a beautiful place. To be able to watch a movie outdoors under the stars in such a beautiful setting is just two or three cherries on top of an already amazing cake.
We secured our little patch of grass in front of the 4mX4m screen and then went wondering around the gardens.
They had just recently finished the ‘Boomslang’ – so it was a grand opportunity to see the sights of Kirstenbosch on an elevated platform.
We only had a few minutes before the movie started – so this may have been slightly rushed – but we will certainly pay a visit to the gardens again…and again…
