New Year’s Day Yoga

Join Flowing Nomads for our annual New Year’s Day Flow as we welcome in the New Year with Yoga. A wonderful way to spend the first day of 2022 together, practicing the ancient art.
New Year’s is a holiday of celebration, reflection and renewed commitment to living our lives fully.
What better practice than Yoga to set this frame of mind and embody your intentions?
This class is the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness. Open the way to a truly NEW new year.
Spend some time this first day of the year with others sharing wellness and peace, set your intentions for 2022.
Bring a Yoga mat or a towel (if you don’t own a mat), some water and join us in a gentle flow which will be accessible for even those who have never done Yoga before. Bring your friends and family and start 2022 in this beautiful way by finding balance and grounding in nature.
Look out for the group of Yogis on the grass!
