Lauren focuses her teaching style on a comprehensive physical awareness, paving the way to a spiritual discovery.
Through creative sequencing, students explore freedom of movement within a nurturing and safe space, grounded in the essence of Yoga.
Lauren likes to spend time connected with nature, in the ocean, exploring forests and hiking the many trails of Cape Town as well as learning from her mini guru, her daughter Noa.

Remembering Hunter PravAha
Forever honouring our co-founder, Hunter.
For those of you who had the privilege of knowing Hunter,
know what a force he was (is). His
passion for Yoga and for life was contagious.
He taught us that nothing is impossible and if you thought it was, he
would’ve shown you otherwise! He had
such a clear vision of sharing Yoga with the world and building a global
community. We are eternally grateful for
his contribution to Yoga and the way he inspired in each and every class. We
are still and will always be learning from him.
